turner prize nominated collective gentle / radical approached me in late 2022 with a proposition

the idea was to work slow, within the riverside community in cardiff, wales

to spend time with beautiful people both inside and out of the collective, all of which live in this singal locality

and meditate on dialogues around grief, ghosts, hauntings and loss

what transpired were 5 audio pieces centering around conversaitons had with residents around grief composed of music, speech and field recordings

the pieces were then made available via 5 hyper local radio stations, acessible via any fm radio in the streets of riverside. we did a few walks to kick off the project but maps and radios are available via gentle / radical to explore on your own :) x
